we aim to provide a transparent and fair booking experience for both customers and venue owners. This Refund & Return Policy explains the rules for token payments, cancellations, and refunds made through our platform.
1. Nature of Service
Our platform acts as a venue discovery and booking marketplace.
We do not own or operate any venue. All venue-related services are provided by independent venue owners.
2. Token Payment Policy (Best Price Lock Amount)
- The amount paid on our platform is a “Best Price Lock Amount”, not a visit fee.
- Token amount ranges between ₹49 – ₹199, based on the venue budget.
- The token:
- Locks the best available price
- Enables direct communication with the venue owner
- Allows venue visit and booking discussion
- Is adjustable in the final venue bill
3. Refund Eligibility
Eligible for Refund
You are eligible for a full refund of the token amount if:
- You cancel the booking before confirming the venue
- The venue owner declines or does not confirm availability
- The venue listing is cancelled or removed by the admin
- There is a technical error or failed booking
- The venue owner fails to respond within the defined timeframe
Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds may not be provided if:
- The booking is confirmed by both parties
- The customer fails to attend the venue visit without cancellation
- Incorrect information is provided by the customer
- Misuse or abuse of the platform is detected
4. Cancellation Process
- Customers can request cancellation from their dashboard or by contacting support.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted before final venue confirmation.
- Once a booking is confirmed, the refund policy of the venue owner may apply.
5. Refund Process
- Refunds are initiated manually or automatically, depending on the case.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method only.
- Processing time:
- 5–7 business days for UPI / Wallets
- 7–10 business days for cards and net banking
6. Venue Owner Responsibility
- Venue owners are required to maintain accurate availability and pricing.
- Failure to honor bookings may result in penalties, suspension, or removal from the platform.
- Venue owners must clearly communicate any additional cancellation terms for final bookings.
7. Platform Discretion

- Approve or deny refund requests
- Resolve disputes between customers and venue owners
- Suspend accounts involved in fraudulent or suspicious activity
All decisions made by the platform in such cases will be final.
8. No Physical Returns
